Don Landis, who has been curing olives in Sonoma County for 12 years had done a lot of research and will share his passion for curing with you. You will learn about the history of the Olive, the history of the Olive in California and a description of the Greek Style of Olive Curing. Olive tasting, wine tasting and wind discounts will be offered. Best of all, this workshop is FREE!
