All of us living in the wine country love to visit the vineyards and taste the wines, but did you know that many of the vineyards also have olive groves?  B.R. Cohn Winery is among the best of these, and now you can attend their Olive Curing Workshop and learn how to cure your own olives at home.  (To read more about the olives, click here.)

Don Landis, who has been curing olives in Sonoma County for 12 years had done a lot of research and will share his passion for curing with you.  You will learn about the history of the Olive, the history of the Olive in California and a description of the Greek Style of Olive Curing.  Olive tasting, wine tasting and wind discounts will be offered.  Best of all, this workshop is FREE!

When:   February 5th, 11 AM – 1 PM

Where:  B.R. Cohn Winery, 15000 Sonoma Highway, Glen Ellen

Phone:  707-938-4064
